What we provide

Baabu.in lets you build a personal gift page and share it with a private link. Building and previewing are free. Paying publishes the gift and keeps the link working for the period shown at checkout.

Your content

It stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it for the purpose of showing the gift to whoever you send the link to, and nothing else. We do not use it for training, advertising, or examples.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload. That includes music: please only upload audio you own or have permission to share. We cannot play links from streaming services, and re-uploading a track from one is not something we can host for you.

What we won't host

Anything sexual involving minors, content that harasses or threatens a person, impersonation, and anything illegal in India. Uploaded images are checked automatically, every published gift carries a report link, and we disable reported gifts while we look. There is no appeal for the first category.

Availability

We aim to keep gifts reachable for the whole period you paid for. We cannot promise perfection — if we are down for a meaningful stretch, see the refund page. If we ever shut Baabu.in down, we will give at least 60 days' notice and a way to download what you made.

Liability

If something goes wrong and it is our fault, our liability is limited to what you paid us for that gift. This is a ₹149 product; please do not rely on it for anything where failure would be catastrophic.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having jurisdiction.
