Refunds

The short version

If Baabu.in did not work properly, email hello@baabu.in within seven days of paying and we refund you in full. No form, no argument.

What counts

• — The gift did not open, or broke partway through, for the person you sent it to.
• — You paid and the link never became live.
• — Photos or audio you uploaded did not appear.
• — You were charged twice for the same gift.

What doesn't

Changing your mind after the recipient has opened it, or not liking what you wrote. You can watch the entire gift for free before paying, which is exactly why the free preview is complete rather than a teaser.

If you paid by mistake and the gift has not been opened, tell us anyway — we will almost certainly refund you.

How long it takes

We start the refund within two working days of agreeing to it. Razorpay typically returns money to a UPI account within a day, and to a card within five to seven working days.
